Arthur Knight is a family-run, UK based company with over 50 years’ experience in the shoe industry.  Starting off as a manufacture for gentlemen’s all leather, Goodyear welted, handmade shoes, Arthur Knight has evolved into an official stockist of top designer footwear brands including Jeffery West, Barbour, Panama Jack, and Oliver Sweeney.

Evolving a high-end brand

With a high-end calibre of customers and following their recent migration to stocking top designer brands, Arthur Knight was looking for a complete rebrand that would best attract and engage their target audience and could showcase their products with maximum effect.

Communicating with a specific audience, the rebrand also needed to reflect the quality of their products as well as capture their extensive portfolio of over 6000 products!  From a multi-functional e-commerce site to a high-end logo that could be adapted throughout the site, the Rak Design team delivered a user-friendly brand that would attract audiences across the world, including the USA, Russia, and Germany!

Increased international presence

Creating a high-end design, the team wanted to deliver a user-friendly site that would appeal to a specific audience and a brand that would be easily identifiable; giving customers the ability to filter products, change shoe colours and track viewing history resulted in a conversion rate increase.

Today, Arthur Knight now has a multi-functional website viewed and used by international and affluent audiences.  Together with the continuous help from Rak Design in growing their Market Place presence; the shoe manufacturer from 1910 has cemented their high-end positioning in the retail industry!
